The Central District, located in East Central Alberta, is comprised of multiple large original oil in place (“OOIP”) pools that have been developed under historical enhanced oil recovery (“EOR”) schemes. The properties are expected to support economic operations for a period exceeding 50 years, based on current forecasts. Average production from the area is budgeted to average 5,150 boe/d for the 2026 calendar year.

Across the Central District’s land base, a number of development opportunities have been identified, primarily associated with horizontal multi-lateral drilling in the stacked Mannville sands. These 100% working interest opportunities include ongoing development of the Clearwater at Buffalo along with several mid-Mannville prospects in the Wainwright, Chauvin and Macklin areas.
